Agreement and eligibility
By using PageAdvice, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, if you use PageAdvice for an organization, have authority to act for that organization.
The service
PageAdvice reviews publicly accessible webpages and provides automated recommendations. Reports are advisory and may be incomplete or inaccurate; they are not legal, security, accessibility-certification, or professional consulting services.
Acceptable use
You may submit only URLs you are authorized to access. Do not use PageAdvice to probe private networks, bypass access controls, overload services, or process unlawful content.
Submitted URLs and reports
You keep your rights in information you submit. You give PageAdvice the limited permission needed to load the submitted public page, process its visible content, and generate and store a report for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit the URL. You may use your generated reports for your own lawful purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for accurate account information, your login credentials, and activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may restrict or close accounts used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in material breach of these terms.
Free reviews and review packs
Every account includes 5 saved reviews per calendar month, and that allowance resets at the start of each month. Paid access is sold as one-time review packs: $9 USD for 20 reviews, $29 USD for 80 reviews. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The free monthly allowance is used first, and pack reviews are only drawn on after it runs out. The checkout shown at purchase controls the final price, currency, taxes, and the number of reviews included. Dodo Payments acts as merchant of record for paid purchases and handles payment collection, tax, invoices, and payment-method data.
Purchased reviews
A review pack is a single payment. Purchased reviews do not expire, and you can buy another pack whenever you want one. Because nothing renews, there is no subscription to cancel and we do not keep a payment method on file for future charges. If we restrict or close an account for fraud, unlawful use, or material breach of these terms, unused reviews on that account may be forfeited. Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Ownership
PageAdvice and its software, branding, design, and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or allow you to copy, resell, reverse engineer, or interfere with it except where law permits.
Availability
Reviews depend on the target website being publicly reachable and compatible with automated browsing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every URL can be reviewed, or that every recommendation is complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, PageAdvice is provided as available and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from reliance on a report.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes apply prospectively from the updated date shown above. Questions or disputes should first be sent to hello@pageadvice.app so we can try to resolve them.
