Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of PageAdvice. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use PageAdvice for an organization, you confirm that you can accept these terms for it.

The service

PageAdvice reviews publicly accessible landing pages and provides informational recommendations. Reviews are opinions and automated assessments, not guarantees of traffic, conversion, revenue, legal compliance, or accessibility compliance.

Your responsibilities

You may submit only pages you are authorized to review. You must not use the service to violate law, probe private systems, distribute malicious content, infringe rights, or disrupt PageAdvice. You are responsible for evaluating recommendations before changing your website.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features may require an account or paid subscription. Prices, billing period, taxes, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Cancellation stops future renewal and does not ordinarily reverse charges already incurred, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Intellectual property

You retain rights in content and URLs you submit. PageAdvice retains rights in the service, interface, review framework, and software. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use review results for your own business or projects.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Beta features may be incomplete or change without notice. We may restrict access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance, or abuse prevention.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, PageAdvice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid PageAdvice in the 12 months before the event giving rise to it.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful use, security risk, or nonpayment. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
